Italy-born Nigerian defender Destiny Udogie was included in the Premier League Team of the Week.
The Team of the Week was compiled by legendary England striker Alan Shearer and published on the Premier League X handle (formerly Twitter).
Udojie was in superb form for Tottenham Hotspur, who secured an impressive 2-0 win away to Bournemouth.
The 20-year-old left-back marked his performance with an assist for Spurs’ second goal scored by Dejan Kulusevski.
The game against Bournemouth was Udojie’s third for Spurs who are third on the log.

On 3 September 2021 Udogie made his debut with the Italy U21 squad, playing as a starter in the qualifyingmatch won 3–0 against Luxembourg.
He developed in the Hellas Verona youth system, and made his Serie A debut on 8 November 2020, in a 2–2 draw away to Milan.
