
Odion Ighalo was on target for Al Wehda in their 4-0 win against Abha in the Saudi Professional League on Friday.
It is Ighalo’s fifth goal in his fifth league appearance for Al Wehda.
Ighalo got his side’s fourth goal with two minutes left to help them record back-to-back league wins.
Going into Friday’s game Ighalo bagged a hat-trick in Al Wehda’s 4-2 win against Damak on Thursday, September 19.
Al Wehda jumped to seventh spot in the 18-team league table on 12 points.
Last season Ighalo scored 19 goals in 27 league games for Al Hilal.
At Al Hilal, he won the 2021/22 Saudi Professional League title and the 2022/23 King Cup.
Also, the former Watford striker emerged top scorer in the Saudi top flight in 2021/22 campaign with 24 goals.
